Challenges
Despite its operational excellence in the field, Martins faced challenges in the internal management of its projects. The company used the Buildertrend platform alongside Excel spreadsheets, leading to fragmented processes, rework, and a lack of control over critical stages of the construction and financial workflows. As the operation grew, the need arose for a single, custom-built system capable of keeping pace with the company’s growth.
