Our Approach
How we helped Quicko overcome its technology challenges.
Allocation of a complete squad integrated into Quicko's processes
Our challenge was to add capacity, with flexibility, to Quicko's internal team. Our team adapted to existing standards, but also contributed the best we have to our process. Even after the sale to Finnish company MaaS Global, Znit continued as a technology supplier, an international recognition of quality.
Retention
It was necessary to get to know the user and engage them with the app. We created an evaluation process and a benefits club. We tested several UI/UX approaches and models and used gamification as a strategy, with the user accumulating points with each interaction to exchange for tickets, tickets and cell phone top-ups.
Modal integration
We integrated Quicko with several payment methods integrated into public transportation. This was quite a challenge, considering that each municipal administration adopts different protocols and suppliers. We also integrated with payment systems linked to the private sector to service rental bikes and ride-hailing apps.
New registration and login
We studied user behavior and created an easy, step-by-step registration and login system that allows you to use your Facebook or Google accounts without wasting a single minute.
Critical customers
NextGen, more than a structuring project for Conduent, represented commercial opportunities by addressing critical problems of large clients in the process of expanding their services, as well as winning new clients. Even before all the features were developed, it was possible to present a vision of the future that convinced new and important clients to convert their technology to Conduent.
Deliveries
In 2024, we will deliver part of the critical demands of NextGen, including the new modules for Membership, Simulator, Loans and Benefits. These improvements have already been delivered to the clients mentioned in the previous item and will soon be implemented in the other clients in the portfolio. In 2025, new resources will be invested and we will accelerate delivery, with the full scope of delivery scheduled for the end of the year.
Integration of transport modes: bus, subway, train and bicycle.

Acquired by MaaS Global
Operating in the largest cities in Brazil, Quicko was incorporated into the portfolio of MaaS Global, owner of the Whim app, with a presence in Helsinki, Madrid, Vienna, Geneva, Brussels and Tokyo. In addition to territorial expansion, MaaS gained synergy between the technologies used in each app.
