Evermart entered the digital product market later than its competitors, but in two years it achieved what others took almost ten years to accomplish. This rapid growth, however, brought structural and integration challenges that could affect the continuity of the business.
Challenges
Due to contractual obligations, Evermart had to change its e-learning platform in just 60 days. If it hadn't, it risked halting operations. Creating such a complex solution so quickly required a precise method, an experienced team, a well-defined plan, and disciplined execution.

In 45 days, with a qualified team and constant partnership with Evermart, we completed the system. The final 15 days were for testing and adjustments, ensuring a smooth transition.
