Understanding the User Journey
Building a platform inspired by references like Facebook and Instagram required a deep understanding of user needs and expectations. Through Design Thinking processes, we mapped the user journey, identifying value drivers and daily demands to be addressed.
Christian User Survey
We conducted interviews and expectation mapping with potential users to understand their pain points in secular apps. This process revealed the importance of simplifying the experience, avoiding information overload and giving prominence to faith.
Value-Centered Design
We designed an interface that balances lightness, clarity and spirituality. Interactions are intuitive, with flows that avoid the logic of “infinite scrolling” and promote more conscious connections. The visual aspect reinforces trust and acceptance.
Agile and scalable development
We created the mobile app with modern technologies, simplified login (Google/Apple), affinity-based matching system and moderation tools. The entire architecture was designed to support accelerated growth and constant engagement.
Integration with the Lagoinha community
We brought the project closer to the evangelical community through authentic communication and partnerships with leaders. This strategy generated spontaneous support and validated Achei’s positioning as the ideal app for those seeking a purposeful relationship.
